BUSH THERAPY

These trips are designed for people who want to change, dream, grow, create and believe.

Our trips are unique in that they combine therapeutic goals with outdoor adventures.

The landscape will reflect back as metaphor themes in our lives, feelings that may not be conscious,  providing us with some valuable insights.

We use group techniques to help people access their creative potential and identify patterns and deeply held beliefs that inhibit growth.

At the end of the outdoor adventure and workshop, you will have new tools to deal with debilitating life patterns, and learn how to increase your capacity for intimacy and self-fulfillment.

You will have a better understanding of yourself and your greater calling in the world, be it by enhancing your capacity for intimacy, deepening your family and community connections, or changing a soul deadening work environment.

Desired Outcome

The optimal goals are:

  1. To provide a safe environment both physically
and emotionally so as to explore the relationship
between the outer landscape through which we
are walking, and the more internal, symbolic world
    of our imagination and unconscious.

  2. To impart practical, useful techniques and
information to ensure participants leave with
their own 'kitbag' of ways to continue the
    process in their everyday lives.

  3. To meet new people, to challenge ourselves,
to have some fun, revelations, and
    experience a whole new world!

An assessment is invited with an open feedback session at the finish of the trek to provide each member an opportunity to voice her/his feelings about their experience and an honest appraisal of the facilitator/s.
